Super League supports the work of Emfasis Non-Profit.

For yet another year, the online auction of signed jerseys from all the clubs that make up the Super League raised a significant amount of money, which was converted into vouchers for purchasing essential goods. These vouchers were used to provide food support, survival essentials, and personal hygiene products to our fellow human beings experiencing difficult times, through Emfasis Non-Profit.

Since 2013, Emfasis has been working tirelessly to restore the dignity of individuals experiencing multiple forms of homelessness. By implementing the innovative Social Streetwork methodology, it supports, relieves, and empowers, among others, individuals living on the streets or in precarious housing, families living below the poverty line, lonely elderly people at risk of imminent homelessness, and long-term unemployed individuals.

The Vice President of the Super League Board of Directors, Ms. Katia Koxenoglou, handed over the envelope containing the vouchers for essential goods—corresponding to the amount raised through the auction of official jerseys from all teams—to the co-founder of Emfasis Non-Profit, Mr. Apostolos Vafeas.

Ms. Katia Koxenoglou, Vice President of the Super League, stated the following:

*"It is particularly positive that all Super League teams support the social initiatives of the organizing authority, which highlight solidarity, respect for others, the willingness to give, and empathy.

On behalf of the Super League, I sincerely thank the heads of Press and Communications from all the teams in Greece’s top professional club football championship, not only because they embraced this initiative from the very beginning but also because, thanks to their efforts, this auction raised significant funds to support those in need.

Special thanks are also due to the fans and collectors who participated in the auction process. The money they contributed has, through these vouchers, provided relief to our fellow citizens in difficult circumstances.

I must also extend my gratitude to the auction platform Charity Idols for excellently organizing a transparent process and for supporting this Super League initiative.

The Super League, the organizing authority of Greece’s premier professional football championship and the country’s most popular sport, will continue its social actions, always with the common good as its guiding principle."*

We do not pass by… We support!
